Our office is located on the north side of 12 Mile Road near the I-94 and I-696 freeway exchange. Everybody thinks we are located in St. Clair Shores, but it is Roseville.

2Appointments
Because we still believe in having the old fashioned personal touch- if you wish to make an appointment then call the office where you can speak to a live receptionist instead of an automated device. Patients are seen by appointment, so please call in advance so our staff may reserve a time for you. We respect our patient's time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Some visits are more complicated than initially anticipated and emergencies also arise that could delay us. If we are significantly delayed, every effort will be made to notify you beforehand so you may choose to come later or reschedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice so that your reserved time may be made available for other patients. If you are going to be late, please notify us; you may be asked to reschedule if it will make other patients wait. Patients who consistently miss appointments without notice will not be rescheduled. Our office will be closed occasionally when the doctor and staff are attending continuing education programs to increase our skills and knowledge of the latest developments in dentistry in order to serve you better.

Insurance and Billing
As a convenience to you, we are happy to cooperate with you and your insurance company to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy. Please bring your dental benefits booklet and an insurance form to the office, so we can better answer your specific questions. We ask our patients with insurance to pay your deductible plus any co-payment due at the time of your treatment. Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Please remember, the service provided by any dentist amounts to an agreement between the patient and the office. The insurance relationship constitutes an agreement between the carrier and the patient, not the carrier and the dentist.

Payment Options
We have made and will continue to make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. Our policy is to request payment at the time of your dental treatment. We try to avoid sending statements because the cost of the paperwork, postage, and manpower affects our fees. We do our best to adjust to our patient's requirements in planning for the investment in superior dental health. We will be happy to discuss every procedure and fee before we start. Currently, we accept Vanco, Care Credit, and the Citibank Citi Health Card as valid financing options. Please give us a call and talk to one of our staff if you have any questions.
